In the event of a cancellation, the client will forfeit their deposit but receive a full refund on the remaining balance if the booking is canceled at least 30 days prior to the rental date. If the event is postponed, a credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file.
Free rental delivery for locations within 20 miles that meet our minimum order ($175), otherwise delivery charges will be applied. We will take care of all set up + tear down and will work closely with the client to ensure everything is displayed as desired on the day of the event. Select rental items are eligible for customer pickup but may require a refundable security deposit. Balloon services are subject to a 20% install fee.
Pricing and date availability are guaranteed when our rental agreement is signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. Full payment will be due (30) days before your scheduled event.
At this time we accept payment via our Venmo (@kingsleypartyrentals) or via credit card payment. All credit card transactions will incur a 2.99% processing fee.
